I was chosen by Mom-Spot.com (the site I guest blog for…though admittedly, the holiday season was so crazy chaotic that I have been absent for a while) to review Aspen Mulling Cider Spices.
The product came in single packages, and, being new to mulling anything, I was really excited to try it out. I opened it up and the aroma of cloves, nutmeg, and cinnamon immediately hit my nose. I love the scent profile those spices make, so I was even more excited to try it out. The instructions say to add it to 8 oz. of apple cider or juice, red wine, tea, or brandy. It can be served hot or cold. Continue reading

I was given the opportunity to review Healthy Surprise, a monthly subscription box service that delivers healthy snacks.

These hair care products are free of DEA, parabens, and sulfates, and are full of essential amino acids, proteins, and nutrients that aren’t in most shampoos and conditioners. Continue reading

I have written in a previous post about an awful experience we had at the TGIFriday’s in Cherry Hill, NJ. A rep from Guest Relations had reached out to me, and a couple days later, the manager of the Cherry Hill Friday’s also contacted me, and I was sent some “Be Our Guest” passes to try that location again. He’d also asked me to call in advance to let me know we would be coming, as we may have had our children with us and he wanted to make KinderGirl’s ruined birthday dinner up to her. Continue reading

Back in June of last year, I was asked to review Conscious Box, a monthly subscription service that delivers boxes packed full of eco-centric products. You can see the box I reviewed in the photo above. At the time, Conscious Box was a fledgling company, and nearly a year later, they have exploded…in a good way!
I absolutely LOVED my Conscious Box (check out the review here), and a couple of days ago, they reached out to me to run a giveaway again. This time, the prize is three times as awesome as the last giveaway (a Conscious Box)…
